held on July 16, 2008. This is their second consecutive year.
The Utah Department of Workforce Services recognizes and honors companies that are creating exceptional workplaces and businesses by effectively addressing employee work/life needs and striving to create and maintain a culture of equity and opportunity. Intermountain Financial Group/MassMutual was one of the few esteemed winners, in the medium category, selected for this award from an overall pool of 188 nominations. The Company was the sole company from the financial services industry to be awarded.
“This is our second year of participating and of receiving the award,” Amber Dixon, Marketing Manager, said. “It is great to be recognized for our innovative employee relations practices and noticed for the work/life balance our Agency and the industry provides.”
